Privacy Policy

PhotoPop collects the minimum personal data needed to quote for and run your event. This page explains what that is, where it goes and how to have it removed.

1. What We Collect

• Contact details — your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number, so we can send your quote and coordinate the event.
• Event details — date, venue, guest count, package and any requirements you tell us about, used for planning and pricing.
• Event photos — the photos taken at the booth during your event.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Deposits and balances are settled directly by bank transfer or in person.

2. Where Your Enquiry Goes

Our quote request form is a Google Form. When you submit it, your answers are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets under our business account, and Google processes that data on our behalf under its own privacy terms. Loading the embedded form may also set cookies from Google in your browser. If you would rather not use it, email us at photopoplk@gmail.com instead — the same information by email works just as well.

3. How We Use It

• Your contact details are used only to discuss and deliver your booking. We do not sell them and we do not add you to a marketing list without your say-so.
• Event photos may appear in our gallery and social media as portfolio work, unless you or your guests ask us not to. See section 5.
• We may keep a record of past bookings for our own accounts and to make repeat bookings easier.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and where they arrive from. It records page views, approximate location and device type. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

5. Photos & Your Choices

• Tell us before or during the event and we will keep your photos out of our gallery and social media entirely.
• Individual guests can ask us to remove a specific photo at any time.
• We avoid publishing full names, venue addresses or exact dates alongside photos unless the client has agreed to it.

6. Retention

• Event photos are kept for 12 months so you can re-download them, then deleted from our active storage.
• Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed for our business accounts.
• You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any point.

7. Security

• This website is served over HTTPS.
• Photo galleries are shared as private links rather than published openly.
• The website itself holds no database — it is a static site, and no personal data is stored on it.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Emailphotopoplk@gmail.com and we will action it within a few days.

9. Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. For anything unclear, just ask — we would rather explain than have you guess.
